Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is an Assessment-Only Pathway, where your existing skills and industry knowledge are evaluated against competency standards. This pathway requires you to provide evidence of your abilities through documents, photos, reports, and other authentic materials.
Things to Consider:
- Evidence Is Key: RPL assessments are based on the quality and relevance of evidence provided, not on assumptions or opinions.
- Not Always the Easiest Option: Gathering evidence can be rigorous, as you must demonstrate that you meet all the criteria for each unit of competency.
